Lisy Peters is a Licenced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APN) and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is currently in network with BCBS PPO, AETNA PPO, Humana PPO, State of Illinois Medicaid/AllKids Insurance and Medicare. Breastfeeding consultation provided by her are covered by these insurance plans. So if you have any of these insurances we can do direct insurance billing without any upfront cost for you.

For customers with other health insurance plans, you pay at the time of services, we provide an itemized superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

We are an authorized AllKids Application Agent. We will do the application process for Families who wish to enroll in State of Illinois AllKids insurance.
